Way of shipment?
All purchase orders will be shipped by a parcel service like UPS or DHL. Deliveries with higher weight or volume will be shipped by a forwarding agency.
Time of delivery & Short deliveries
Your order will be handeled right after receipt. When your order will be dispatched depends also on the chosen payment-method. We have the right to do short deliveries. Subsequent deliveries are free of charge. Additional charges accrue only at a explicit agreement.

Warranty
The warranty will be supplied in order to the legal intentions. In case of a fault we will change the product. If the changed product also is defective you can withdraw and get your money back. For special warranties of the manufacturer please look at the product information.
Important information
In spite of all care it could happen that goods get broken during tranportation. In this case we certainly replace those items for free. But please mind the following policy:
Transport damages have to be announced immediately after the receipt of the goods. If you want to send the goods back to us please inform us before by e-mail, fax or phone. So we can organise the further steps.
