Description
Clayette modeling clay is sulfur-free, nonhardening, odor-free and flexible without being sticky.

Available in: Soft, Medium and Hard
Colors: off-white (crème)

Packaging: 2 pound block

Unique Properties
Clayette will not oxidize and can be left out or heated and cooled repeatedly without any significant change in the product. Clayette will not melt when heated over 300°F (139 °C).

Firmness: 2 (Soft), 4 (Medium) und 6 (Hard) on a scale from 1 - 10.
Density: 103 lbs./cu. ft. || Specific Gravity: 1.65 g/cm

Working Temperature
Room temperature, can be warmed to soften.

Hygiene
Wash hands with soap and water after use.

Handling Tips
Using small amounts of citrus-based solvents, lighter fluid, latex paint removers, turpentine or mineral spirits as a lubricant on the surface of the clay will help to attain a smooth surface.

Best Storage Practices
Unopened - store Chavant clay unopened at room temperature away from sunlight or sources of UV.
Opened -once opened, place clay in airtight container or wrap completely in plastic wrap and store away from sunlight or sources of UV.
